The Institute’s administration is headed by the Administrative Officer and Finance Officer under the Director. It has a Finance Committee and a Purchase Committee consisting of technical experts and administrators besides Financial Consultant under the supervision of Executive and Governing Bodies. The Institute’s administration and finance sections are fully equipped with a computerized system and skilled staff for financial planning and projections to deal with situations of multiple funding. The Institute’s accounts are audited by its  Governing Body, Statutory Auditor and the Accountant General.
